Treatment Descriptions

Consultations are required before booking a chemical peel and even perhaps a facial. Throughout the entire process you will be provided instructions and information on how to proceed with your peel.

A consultation is for you to tell me what you're seeing on your skin that you would like to change. Then I'll take a look at your skin and tell you what my concerns are. Then I will come up with a game plan with you that includes which products and services best suit your skin's specific needs to reach your desired skin goals.

Although I do offer virtual consultations, it is best to come in for an in person skin consultation and I will most likely cleanse and moisturize your skin.

Facials are custom based off of your skin's needs. Each facial will include the standard steps (cleanse, exfoliate, extractions, mask, moisturize, spf)

Extractions will always be included into a facial. For extractions I go at your rate. Meaning, if you need me to take my time I will.

The reason why my facials will remain custom is because I would not in good faith want to guarantee or for you to have your expectations set on a a certain product that will not best suite you.

I will provide you my best professional advice, but a consultation will be necessary to talk in depth about different treatments that I provide in order to get you results.

Each facial comes with a post treatment that recaps the service that you had and explains what made your service unique. It also includes how to use or incorporate the products that you purchased. This allows you to be aware of your treatment and gives you something to refer to after treatment.

Ok I know that I said that facials are custom, but this is a custom treatment that is specifically designed for oily and acneic skin. I have performed this treatment dozens of times on clients even as young as 10. This is great for teens or anyone stuggling with breakouts, blackheads, and oil.

This is a facial with an added treatment that you will leave out with. 

Chemical Peels do not have to be scary if you know what to expect. If you are interested in getting one or apprehensive about getting one because you've heard some horror story, it's fine because I got you! I specialize in chemical peels.

Once you've performed various medium-depth to deep depth chemical peels consistiently on different types of skin and fitzpatricks, you become an expert at it and that's what I am.

This is a Lilly G official treatment. I understand that there are hard to reach places that doesn't get the exfoliation that it deserves. I have a solution for that! I have a specialized body exfoliant that will slough off dead skin.

This treatment includes a cleanse, exfoliation, any necessary extractions, moisturizer, and a great massage like rub down. This is a very relaxing treatment with lots of hot towels. If you were looking for a spa-like experience then this is a great service to book or to purchase on a giftcard for someone special.

Appointments

To ensure the best possible service for you at this time I ask that all appointments be made at least 4 hours in advance on my booking site.

If you are more comfortable, you also have the option to call or text me at 336-355-8430 to schedule your next visit: Please leave a message if I am unavailable.

I do require 24 hour notice for changes or cancellations. Due to limited seating, at this time please no extra visitors can accompany you to the appointment.

 

Your First Visit

Please complete all of the Pre-Treatment Forms that were emailed to you prior to your visit in order to ensure your safety and comfort and that we are providing the most appropriate treatment. BE SURE to make us aware of any allergies, medical conditions, medications or sensitivities you may have both at time of scheduling and at time  of treatment.

Please know that if time allows, we are happy to add on or upgrade your visit at your request. Scheduling upgrades in advance ensures adequate time is allotted.

First time facial clients please allow up to two hours for your treatment.

 

What To Wear

Please dress with comfort in mind.  We recommend that you leave valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of your personal articles. Your personal belongings will stay with you at all times during your visit with us for your comfort and convenience. You will be asked to remove all jewelry including nose rings if possible prior to treatments.

Wraps are available for guests to undress in private within treatment room. Your comfort is my priority and you may leave on any article of clothing that makes you comfortable.  Discretion will be used and you will remain properly draped at all times. Some services may require additional exposure and will be discussed with you on an individual basis prior to start of treatment. 

Changing into a spa wrap also allows me to treat your neck and declotte (upper chest area). This is more so the relaxing facial that many guest are accustomed to.

Gratuity / Tipping

Gratuity (cash tipping) is customary in the Salon & Spa industry and is greatly appreciated by your Service Provider. 20% tipping is customary for exceptional service, based on undiscounted pricing. Gratuity is not included in pricing, but if you would like to tip you can at checkout or send monies to Venmo, Cash App, or Cash. Please refer to the links below to access my payment profiles.

All Pricing listed on this website or in print may be subject to change with or without notice.

If you have questions regarding pricing I am willing and happy to discuss optional up-grades and all fees prior to service and at your request. I wouldn’t want you to be surprised about pricing, and are always happy to discuss openly and answer any questions.

My pricing maybe at a higher price point than other providers. This is due to the extensive training and expertise that I have had working on a medical level. As stated before, I do not aim to overcharge, and I do understand that prices plays a part sometimes in choosing a provider. I offer monthly deals as well as a constant student discount please refer to my booking site or blog for details.

 

Not Completely Satisfied?

It is imperative for you to refer to your post treatment care plan whereas it will cover lots of key information regarding your service as well as how to proceed and what to expect.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct any shortcomings. Please contact us with 48 hours following your service and we will arrange for corrections ASAP. 

 

Health

Advise your skin therapist prior to treatment of any allergies, illness, injuries, current medications or if you are expecting. I have the right and may deny services if you have any prior contradictions to the treatments.

If it is deemed that I can not allocate specific services due to contraindicators, I will provide you with a timeframe of when it will be more appropriate to receive thus service.

Children

At this time, I prefer children to not accompany you to your appointment. I understand that things happen, so I will allow one child to accompany you if need be. Again, due to the limited seating, I can not allow multiple children at this time. Children can come in for a facial at any age. Whether you are looking to just do something special for the child or if they have skin concerns, I can provide children with a treatment.

 

Shipping

Skincare products should arrive to you within 3-5 business days of ordering. Each order will have a tracking number that will be provided once the order has shipped, until you are provided with one please refer to your order number if you contact us regarding your order.
